Great overall but need better communication from the driver or dispatcher

I had a great overall experience and would definitely recommend ship your car now to transport my vehicle again. I recommend better communication to improve your service. I had my car being picked up from someone else and received no communication about the exact day and time for the pickup or expected delivery day and time at my house. I called the number given to me for pickup several times and was finally given the driver's number. My vehicle was picked up and delivered a day later than originally told when I placed the order and I wasn't even called after the pick up took place. I had to re-arrange my schedule and was still late meeting the driver. I expected a call before the vehicle was picked up to finalize the details.
