First time shipping a vehicle and Mimi walked me through every step of the process. I had many questions and sent about a million emails (Sorry Mimi!), but she was very pleasant in every response. It took about a 3 days to line up a transporter, but that fell through (mistake on my end). After I got my details squared away, it was another 4 days and we had a transporter locked in. The gentleman was very nice and got my vehicle to me in a timely fashion. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and the ease of the process thanks to Mimi. I would recommend using Andrew Auto Transport.
