This whole auto-shipping business is a decades-old broken system that really needs to be shaken up and fixed for the 21st century. The current system doesn't work, but it is apparently all we have. However, Stephanie was great in explaining it to me and describing the services and support her company would provide, as opposed to the service and support from the random trucker who happens to pick up my ride.

While Auto Transport Group only works with top rated drivers, they driver damaged my car in transit. Just a small ding, but an expensive ding to fix. There was some back-and-forth finger pointing at first, but Stephanie helped guide the conversation to resolution, including providing copies of the trucker's insurance certificate.

Once I had that in hand, the trucker really had to agree to pay the $800 to repaint the door. So, the trucker was sub-optimal, but the service from Auto Transport Group, and Stephanie in particular, was good.

Next time, I don't know what I'll do if I have to ship a car. I'm a silicon valley start-up guy. Maybe I'll start a company to disrupt this broken system to do it right. :-) Stephanie will be my first hire.
