Not having worked with an automobile shipping company previously and having heard many horror stories, it was with some trepidation that I searched for a reputable company to ship my vintage vehicle. Based on the previous excellent reviews of the Auto Shipping Group, I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Felicia Williams, who right away put me at ease with her competent, knowledgeable and caring attitude. Her initial quote was higher than some others I had received, but she immediately matched my lowest quote. Within an hour of our conversation, she had a firm quote from a reputable truck driver for an enclosed transport, scheduling pickup on Wednesday. She specifically mentioned that the driver had experience transporting vintage and exotic vehicles, again putting my mind at ease. She gave me her cell phone number so that I could reach her at any time throughout the process, and updated me by both text message and email as the pickup date approached. The driver arrived on time and loaded the vehicle on the enclosed trailer without incident and, to my surprise, called the next day to tell me he would be delivering my vehicle a full two days earlier than expected. The vehicle was unloaded without incident and was in perfect condition. Overall, I can't believe how smoothly this process went and next time I need to transport a vehicle, Felicia Williams of the Auto Shipping Group will be my first and only call.
