Asking a friend who recently hired Excellent Auto Transport, I knew they had to be good. He is picky just like me. Without a doubt, that was the best decision I made too! I had the greatest experience with Bernie at Excellent Auto Transport!! Having shipped about twelve vehicles over the years, I can say she is the best! It was the fastest and smoothest experience ever! I have had my fair share of transporters and this one will be the first on the list to call for future service.

The entire process from the initial phone call to the vehicle delivery is flawless and fast! I received a verbal quote instantly, followed by a quick emailed contract. And in return, they requested a picture of the vehicle so they knew what they were in for as well. I liked that! The contract is clear and concise, not gargled with a bunch of crap. Responsibilities for both are identified! The shipping charge is exactly what is quoted - no surprises once the transporter arrives. Whenever I had questions, text and verbal notices were answered in a flash. Even the driver called several hours before his arrival, pinning it down to the minute. Maybe it was luck of the draw but my vehicle at 750 miles away was delivered two days later. There was no way I could afford that in the fuel and time off from work for the $675 total charge. What I liked too is that you do not pay anything till a transporter is located. That's cool!

All in all, Excellent Auto Transport is top notch business and so happy I asked my friend who he used. It's refreshing connecting with a company such as this one in today's world! Referrals are the best and I just had to post my experience so others can share the same experience. Thank you Bernie and Warren (driver)

Good morning, Tim! You are up bright and early on a holiday! You were a true joy to work with. You were easy to reach and it all went well. There are three important parts to every transport: 1. Route. 2. Carrier pay 3. Teamwork. Your Bronco was fun to list because it was unique. We like pictures because we want carriers to know what vehicle is being listed and any modifications it has.
