I had no idea how the car shipping business worked until I needed to ship a car. It is a little overwhelming at first and you kind of wonder if you'll ever see your car again. Mimi was very helpful, she explained how the business worked and what to expect in terms of delivery times etc. We put the order in half expecting some guy with no teeth to show up saying he was our driver (ok joking around here seeing if anyone is still reading). Our order pick up date was a day late but that was not Mimi's fault because no drivers were headed in our direction. Our car was picked up by a super nice guy, he was very thorough in the car inspection and as nice as could be, he dropped the car off with my daughter two days later and did a great job. Highly recommend Andrews Auto Transport.
