I talked to a couple other places before calling 1 Flat Rate and all the other places wanted to do was get me set up. They weren't willing to talk price or dates until I agreed to go with them. I called 1 Flat Rate and Ray took the time to listen to my situation and then explained the whole process step by step. He gave me a couple of delivery options via email so I could show them to my wife before making a decision.

Once we decided on what worked best for us Ray stayed in contact with me so that I knew approximately when I could expect my truck to be picked up and delivered. This was great since my truck was back in Ohio at a relatives home and we are settled into our new home in Washington.

After my truck was picked up the driver then kept me informed of where he was so I knew right down to the day and time that my truck would finally be back to me. The whole process seemed overwhelming when just reading about it online but Ray and his driver, Ivan, made it as smooth as butter.
