Our driver was the best

It was initially difficult to decide which company to use, but I read many rave reviews of 1Flat-Rate, and it's what our local Toyota dealer recommended as well. Quickly, they secured a driver going my route. Communication was clear and transparent. I had the driver's (Rich's)number and he and I coordinated an amenable pick up location. He was so efficient and friendly in off-loading others' cars and loading mine up. On the other end, he was flexible about how and when he would meet my husband for delivery. Though my husband was a little miffed Rich called running late, unable to secure a truck to deliver in the city, he was relieved that Rich actually drove the car to him (from their headquarters in BenSalem). He was ultimately only 40 mins late. The transaction was fast and efficient.

I would recommend them and use them again, especially if Rich were the driver.
