Wow! What can I say about my experience shipping my vehicular with Door to Door Transport. I needed to have my car shipped from Michigan to Georgia, so I entered a referral request for a transportation company into an online search engine since I had never shipped a vehicle before. As you can imagine I was bombarded with emails and phone call solicitations. After reviewing all my choices I decided to give Door to Door Transport a try, and BOY! did I make a right decision? I was contacted by Roy at Door to Door Transport and he was very professional in describing his company’s services, he gave me a breakdown of all charges to ship my vehicle (which included no payment required until pickup and delivery completion). Once we agreed on the terms and condition of service Roy oversaw the whole process from start to finish. Within 1 business day Roy contacted me by phone and gave me a vehicle schedule pickup and delivery date. My car vehicle was professionally picked up, inspected and delivered to by home within 2 business days as promised. In addition the driver also contacted me several times to update me as to the current location of my vehicle during transport and also provided me with an estimated delivery time on the date promised. The result, my vehicle was delivered as promised and I couldn’t be more pleased with the services rendered by Door to Door Transport. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Door to Door Transport to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
