I am very pleased in the end to have gone with Direct Connect. The entire process was new to me and I felt very anxious to have to ship my vehicle but the agent at Direct Connect kept her communication open and was prompt in giving me verbatim responses to my questions and concerns. The vehicle was picked up early and delivered several days earlier too, which really made it a lot simpler for me at the end. I would definitely recommend or use the services in the future!
