HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Their service is despicable. I had asked for a pick up on April 1st and they said they would come by definitely the next day, if not Friday to pick up the Vehicle. They did not arrive either of the two days. The next week when I did contact them again, the rolled out the same B.S saying the driver was not assigned. I had to be in Ohio by this time since my job was starting. By the end of this week, I was sick of the B.S and wanted to cancel my request, that's when they said if I did pay an extra amount of 125$ the driver would come by and pick my vehicle the next day for sure. But I was not going to rely on this company again and went ahead and booked my service to someone else.
After all this, when I asked for a refund, they put me back and forth through emails and calls and none of them responded back with a cancellation form. Just yesterday when I did contact them again was when I received the form. To top it all, they are referencing the fact that I "double booked" with another company and hence their driver were inconvenienced.

I don't understand how such an establishment is even allowed to be legal in the first place, all they do is cheat their customers. NEVER AGAIN. DESPICABLE SERVICE.
