My situation: I am a first time traveling nurse that needed my BMW X5 series from New York to Texas. Not a small tasks since they have 1700 miles between them. I was quoted a fair price from Southbeach that never fluctuated and remained the same for several weeks. No upfront cost, deposits or contacts until a driver accepted to transport. Alan gave me descriptive answers and calmed me and I knew at that moment I choose the best transportation's company.

So let me start by saying ...I was extremely please with the service from both Southbeach Transport and H.C. Auto Transporters for a job well executed! I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to multiple friends, traveling co-workers and you!

Southbeach Transport is a reputable and reliable company. The broker, Alan was the best at explaining the process, of not only how the cars were selected but then went on to explain how money would be exchanged. No up front cost! As he will assure you that the only payment is upon receipt of the vehicle. This is a nice feature as it guarantees your satisfaction before you pay. Being a beginner to this business I was skeptical, as most of you, of all vehicle transport servicing companies but Alan put all my worries to ease. He was knowledgeable and provided safe sound advice which made me into a believer. Every estimate was precise and accurate regarding fees and delivery. Our contract was built on faith and trust. Alan flawlessly coordinated everything and went above and beyond!

H.C. Auto Transporters was my SUV carrier. Heriberto was on time, very courteous and helpful. The pick up was easy, he complimented my BMW and reassured me that it was in good hands. The H.C. arrived in Texas one day earlier than originally thought and the driver was accommodating since I wasn't in the area. There was no delays, and when I ran into a issues with having someone collect my SUV while at work, Heriberto was courteous and made other arrangements for me to have the car delivered to my job to accommodate my needs. Additionally, the driver contacted me numerous times providing updates. Upon pickup and receiving my SUV it was in the same shape and condition as when I gave it to the driver. The car was clean, I was able to properly inspect the car with there being no damage.

All I have left to say is... Thank You Alan and Heriberto!!!
