Having been dropped by our original transport company only a couple of days before we were supposed to leave Florida, I called Jim at South Beach Transport. He was very informative and seemed genuinely concerned for our need to have a transport almost immediately. He remained calm and very courteous, even though I sometimes lost it as our departure time drew near. Jim found us the first driver right away, but they failed to sign the contract, so Jim had to cancel them. The second company said they would take the car, we signed the contract and within the hour they cancelled because they didn't realize we had an SUV and they had no room for an SUV. By that time, we had decided to cancel our flight and drive the car home. Jim called an hour before we were leaving and said he had a driver. Frankly, we were unwilling to believe that this would actually happen, Jim had the driver call us personally. The driver, Sam, was very concerned that we were happy and confident in him delivering our car back to Illinois, and promised he would be there to pick up the car. The car was picked up in Florida at 7 PM on Tuesday and was delivered on Friday, at 2:30 PM. Although the cost of the return transport was considerably more than the delivery to Florida in October by the original transporters, we were grateful to Jim for his perseverance in getting us a driver.

We would definitely use this transport company again!
