I tried to save a few bucks by taking a low end quote and on the day of my scheduled pickup, communications were cold. No broker response 24 hours before pickup like I was told, no returns to my emails or phone calls. I was flying from Texas to Florida the next day and my flight was leaving at 7am, so i called Fletcher. He not only got my car picked up the next day, he got it delivered on Monday before I started my new job. I couldn't have designed a more ideal transport experience. Five star service, period.
