I have used this company twice, different states, different reasons. Always on time and in excellent condition. I have a disabled child who I have to travel for medical reasons often and after trying another company, I would never use anyone but this one. They completely understood how important it was to get my vehicle both picked up and delivered on time and that the contents inside were extremely important for my sons care. This company went above and beyond and out of its way both the company and the drivers, to deliver on their promises and they did! In June 2014, I had my van transported to Pennsylvania. It was delivered actually early. The driver was very courteous and kind and helped my sister who received it for me since we were on a plane on our way there. I also had transported from Bradenton, Florida to Miami where we live, in February, 2015. Everything I was told about pick up and delivery was accurate. It had to be picked up at another family members home and the company went out of their way to coordinate that. My van was delivered in perfect condition, on time as promised, and the driver was professional and polite. Dont waste your time with other companies. This company's pricing is competitive, actually lower than what I was quoted for a different transport between the two above, from another company. Wish I had used All American because the other transport in September, 2014, by another company was disastrous and a regretted choice. I will never use any other company to transport my vehicles and I have told hundreds of other families about them through our Facebook groups. Thank you for a job well done! Having a child who is fighting a rare brain disease, is in a wheelchair and completely disabled with a complex medical condition (he has xALD among other things) and being a single parent myself now, this company's performance and professionalism, and downright kindness, made it possible for me to focus on my child and not worry that we would not have our vehicle as needed.
