an auto transport company assured if contracted with them, they could pick up vehicle that day
time was a factor due to approaching/forecasted snow. I contracted with them, paid deposit and they then went back on promise to get vehicle that day.A week later, they called to say would cost more.

Fidelity Auto Transport had sent me a quote and followed with an email that although I had went with another carrier, consider them if I ever needed help in the future.

I asked if they could transport car to a dealer as my plans had changed due to delay by other company. They assured me they could, provided a quote lower than that of the company who
I had contracted with and still hadn't gotten car.

Fidelity followed up, transported the car as contracted and within the time frame. A real pleasure to deal with a company that abides by its contractual and stated obligations.
