My customer rep is John from South Beach Transport. He is a nice guy with professionalism and patience for his work and customer. Honestly, this is my first time using auto-transporting service, so I asked a lot questions and being hesitant during the whole decision-making process. But John always tried to help with his best understanding and explicit answers, which I really appreciate that. Overall, I highly recommend this company and John personally. I definitely will think of them as my first choice when I have to use the auto-transporting service again.
