We had originally set the transport up with another carrier who committed to a date and time but when it was time for them to pickup the vehicles - they were a no show and there was no communication to us. After multiple attempts to get information from the other carrier and the 48 hour window had expired - we call Kat at Get It Done Transport - within no time she had a transport aligned and scheduled for us.
I would gladly use Kat's service again.

During the transport - weather conditions delayed the pickup and delivery a bit - but the driver kept in constant contact wth us on his status.
