This was my first experience shipping a car and we had a complicated pickup and delivery to negotiate. David was great at working the entire end to end experience. The truck driver was not ideal (limited knowledge of our car - a 5-speed and limited English - hard to communicate at times) but David made sure things were executed as described. Our son, who is in the military, could not be available to receive the car, so David arranged for a local company to receive and store until our son could pick it up. Everything came together in the end. Would call David again
