Car Delivery USA Was Great!

After going on one of those websites looking for a company to transport our car from east coast
to west coast, we received at least 15 offers. But, Car Delivery USA offered the best rate. In
fact, their quote was about $200 under the next best quote. Each person that we dealt with through Car Delivery USA, at every stage of our transport, provided outstanding service. Beginning with Ariel, she helped us to book the service and agreed to honor the rate that they had offered 2 weeks before we were ready to travel. The driver picking up my vehicle reached out and worked with me to determine a mutually agreeable time and place for the pickup. And, in about 5 minutes, he was off and I had one less thing to deal with!

Once my car was on the road, I was able to check in with Ariel to find out the status and was provided with the location of my vehicle. Upon final delivery, the company worked again to determine with me a good time for the delivery and they were flexible about letting us pick up the car ourselves so that we could get it a day earlier!

Our experience with Car Delivery USA was awesome. Each person that I dealt with was professional,
knowledgeable about the process and responsive. I honestly had no worries as I handed the keys
over to the pickup driver and I was right to have every confidence that this company would come
through. Not only did Ariel assure me that she would be available any time I had any questions
or concerns, she also provided me with her personal cell phone number and texted me updates,
etc. She was wonderful and lovely to work with!
