I wold use Roadrunner again the sub contract hauler was Express with driver Tony. Tony was great to deal with both at pickup and drop off. I shipped a very clean 525 BMW, when starting to unload, Tony climbed back off the trailer and went back to his truck cab and got a rag or coat to put on floor board so he would not dirty the carpeted floor mats. That was great customer service. No damage. One day late in estimated pick up but made up the road time and dorp off was as estimated. I would use them again. Also great customer service at Roadrunner, always prompt with info when called.
