I like many of you, when I had the need to transport a vehicle from CT to Texas, I went online and filled out a form, then to my greatest surprise, I got bombarded with emails, phone calls from many companies/brokers who were ready and eager to help me transport my vehicle. Unfortunately many fell through because there were either unresponsive beyond the initial contact or couldn't meet my deadline as I was under a tight time frame. As I was ready to give up hope. I contacted Denise at All Coast Auto Transport and she immediately jumped on it. unlike others, who simply put my request up on a switchboard and hope a driver will "pick it up". She actually picked up the phone and called multiple drivers directly until she found the one who could do it under my terms. Got back to me within an hour, gave me a very aggressive rate, contract, driver insurance, name and phone number and then stayed engaged with me throughout the entire process. My car was picked up on time . enclosed and arrive to me on time without a single scratch and everything was as promised!

It was a pleasure working with Denise, and there is no question in my mind that her attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and responsiveness day and night has set her apart from the rest.

Now I don't have to look or think think about who I need to go to for my automotive transportation needs. Denise is a txt message away and I know she will handle it all for me
