I needed to move my car from Pennsylvania to Bellevue, WA and contracted Jim Ford Trucking, a transport broker via an internet search website. I paid him the entire shipping fee ( $1500 cash) at the time my vehicle was picked up, specifically to a Pavol Shubin,( 740 Durham Rd, Newtown, PA 18940) who transferred the entire fee in cash to Jim Ford. I also paid Mr Ford the brokers fee, $250 for a total of $1750. I have a receipt to prove this. Mr Shubin (PA Lic# 26 338 995) then loaded my vehicle and drove it to a location in Southampton, PA to be transferred to a second vehicle transport company. Mr Ford then contracted B-Line Trucking to transport my car but instead of paying them their fee up front at the time of pick-up, he gave them a C.O.D. contract. This was an agreement made between him and the B-line trucking co. On 10/29 I received a phone call from Roman Netesov who works with B-Line Trucking and he demanded that I pay him another $1500 to release my vehicle which he was holding in Portland, OR. I explained that I already had paid in full to Jim Ford Trucking and that Jim Ford was supposed to pay him and that I did not make any contract with him(B-Line Trucking) and that this was an issue between him and Jim Ford trucking. He refused to deliver my vehicle unless I paid him the $1500 cash. He also warned me that I would have to pay $65./day storage fee until he got his money. If I did not pay, he said he would then drive it back to PA. ( I believe this was a setup by both trucking companies to trap me and hold my vehicle for ransom.)
I immediately called Mr. Ford about this and he said it was “just a paperwork mix-up” and that it would be simpler and quicker to just pay the driver and that he would mail me a refund check for $1500. after I paid the driver. In that way, I could get my car quicker and not have to pay their storage charges. Jim promised me that he would send me a check for $1500 to cover what I was being told to pay to have my car released by the Russian haulers. Ultimately I had to pay the $1500 cash to the driver who delivered my vehicle: Konstantin Fedik, 16119 SE 1st ST, apt#E-58, Vancouver, WA 98684, 4D Lic# FedikkS206P5. He was the driver who took $1500 cash ransom money from me on 10/30/2014. I can provide extensive details and documentation including photographs if needed. You can contact B-Line Trucking/ Roman Netesov: bnetesov@yahoo.com or 503-997-3380. He is the one who demanded the ransom money and refused to deliver without it. I would like my $1500 back from Jim Ford Trucking and I believe they all should be prosecuted for fraud conspiracy and racketeering. Jim Ford Trucking also has a business address in New Jersey: 3500 Marlton Pkwy, Atlantic City 08401. His phone: 609-957-6786, 484-408-4110, 800-708-9066. His website gives a fraudulent address. His name is likely fraudulent as well.
I have had extensive communication with Mr. Ford and he told me on three separate occasions that he had already or would mail the check but more recently has admitted that he did not and now refuses to send me the $1500 refund he originally promised. I believe that what they did was not only illegal but deliberate, well- planned and coordinated between the two companies who are apparently very familiar with each other. I know for a fact this is being done to many other innocent people on a regular basis. I have communicated with other of Mr Ford's victims. I can provide more documentation if you need it. Mr Ford has told me directly that he refuses to return the $1500 he owes me. Today is 12/24/2014. DO NOT TRUST JIM FORD or B-LINE TRUCKING!!! NEVER PAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE IS DELIVERED! THINGS WERE STOLEN FROM MY CAR!!!! NEVER PUT ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR CAR!!! Please! CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY JIM FORD!!!
