This was the first time we have ever shipped a vehicle. It was very overwhelming to know "who to pick". Matt at Transport Auto returned all of my calls quickly, answered all of my questions, gave me a reasonable price and very quick delivery service. Most quotes were coming in at 1250.00, he gave me a quote of 1175.00 (I did not tell him what the other quotes were). The vehicle was shipped even sooner than my request. The carrier called us periodically and timely to let us know where he was with our vehicle. Matt had excellent customer service skills, he called after the drivers picked up the car in Pennsylvania to make sure everything went ok and he called after the vehicle arrived in California to see that it arrived OK. When Matt was not available, I spoke with one of his co-workers who was just as helpful as Matt was. I was very pleased with this company and would recommend them to others!
