Great Customer Service

My review is mainly based on the customer service I received from my transport broker, Ricky Leon. I needed to have my car sent from San Francisco to Boston sometime in October. I was out of town the first few weekends in October, and needed it to arrive on a weekend since I work during the week days. When choosing a company to use, I went with the company that was most persistent, as each company was quoting me roughly around the same price. Ricky was most persistent via emails and phone calls, which I appreciated. From start to finish, he was reachable via email and phone. I had hoped my car would arrive on Saturday 10/25. After speaking to the driver and learning that this would not happen, I was frustrated. I understood that delivery date could not be guaranteed, but I still expressed my frustration to Ricky via email. He called me right away and assured me that he would be in touch with me and the driver, and that the driver would work with my schedule if he ended up arriving on a week day. I received my car last night, 11/2. It arrived later than I had hoped, but I wasn't in an urgent situation. The fact that Ricky was so helpful and communicated with me the whole time helped ease any frustration. I don't plan on shipping any more cars anytime soon, but if I were to, I would recommend Ricky for his service. Thanks Ricky!
