Auto shipping Group was a great customer service experience. Tate is a very effective communicator, respectful in his demeanor, and quite knowledgeable. He helped relieve the stress of worrying how to move two vehicles coast to coast. Although certainly not the fault of Auto Shipping Group, the carrier driver did negligently stuff his E-Z toll transponder into my 3rd brake light which damaged the rubber seal inside my BMW (my car was facing backward over the carrier truck cab). He left the transponder in the car when picked up from the local carrier. I'm hoping to charge up some west coast tolls to offset the repair costs.
