For starters, i was SUPER SKEPTICAL about transporting my vehicle since i have been a victim of FRAUD ! A rep told me i had to give a deposit and i did. Once the money was collected all phone numbers i called were DISCONNECTED. I recently moved and had to have my car shipped i was so nervous but as i did my research SOUTH BEACH TRANSPORT stood out to me! Why? Not only did they have a 5 star rating they are in the TOP GOLD CATEGORY. As soon as i called a nice lady by the name of Tracey immediately was super inviting and very friendly, she then transferred me to Joe which WOW he was Amazing! he guided me from the beginning to the end (i was super annoying because i thought i was never going to hear from him again) but he gave me several numbers i could reach him to and talk about being PATIENT. To make a long story short my car arrived on time and in perfect condition i was very satisfied and SO HAPPY! THANK YOU SBT I GIVE U A 10 STAR RATING!!
