Josh walked us through the entire process and the first scheduled driver did not show up or return our calls. We contacted Josh the next day and he arranged for another driver that did show up and the car arrived in great condition 5 days from pickup. We understand that in a perfect world everything goes exactly as planned but sometimes things do not... Josh was easy to get in touch with - returned our calls and emails - and found another driver within a day. We are completely satisfied with his service and will contact him again with our next auto transport.
