I would say that overall I had a positive experience with this compay. They arranged for a weekend pickup to assist with my work schedule. Even after their driver cancelled on them, they were able to find an alternate driver and still keep to the same pickup schedule. Since the pickup was on the weekend, I didn't mind what time they arrived at my place. Also as for the delivery, I was in no rush to receive the vehicle, so I just waited till it arrived. I think from South Florida to Southern Ohio, pickup was on Sat. and the delivery was on Wed. Also, it was helpful that the person I was working with at the company was able to text with me, so this made the entire communication process easier for me. My car did need a car wash when it arrived, but then again it did travel almost 1000 miles. Over all I was satisifed.
