Every single promise AAT made to us was broken. Advance notice of pickup - did not happen. Communication during trip - none. We had paid ahead of time so that the young lady on the delivery end would not have to carry so much money - a mistake. The delivery was to the WRONG address before the contacted date, so the person was not there to receive it. A friend had to SEARCH the neighborhood for it, and find the key the driver (George and Saba Express) had 'hidden'. Upon contacting AAT, Mr. Policastro stated "I am under contract with them to pay them a certain amount of money, regardless of their poor performance."
Apparently their business is to rope in customers with false promises then wash their hands of it. I would not use this company, nor would I recommend them or George and Saba Express.
