The first time I shipped my car I went with a lady that worked for another company but moved over to Auto Shipping Group. She was great but she didn't get back with me. I decided to call their main line and got Malia. Let me just tell you that Malia is AMAZING....she was so knowledgeable and helpful. I hung up with her knowing a lot more about shipping my car and felt really comfortable about what I was spending and why. Like most, I shopped around for the cheap rates when my car was going to hit the port of Long Beach and have to trek across to Virginia but she gave me the "ins" on you get what you pay for. Apparently these carriers don't want to take your car if you lowball to much. She gave it to me straight what she knew my car would get picked up for and delivered expeditiously without being much higher than the "cheap" rates. While my car hasn't landed in Virginia yet; I felt compelled to share my opinion solely on the customer care I received by Malia and I feel that I am in good hands until my car shows up to my house.
