I was given some unfortunate advice about when to make my car available for shipping and policies on whether I was able to put stuff in the trunk of the car. It cost me money that I shouldn't have had to pay otherwise. It is partly my fault for not knowing or doing the research myself but I trusted my agent's advice. However, the agent was willing to work with me to try to find a carrier to ship my car back in time.
The car shipping process went great. The driver kept in contact with me throughout the process. He delivered it on time and everything went smoothly.
