This is the second time I've used y'all to help me transport my truck. And I honestly feel this time was smoother. Just as before I called, talked to David this time. Gave him the make, model, and dimensions of my truck. It's a 99 Dodge Dakota with a 5" lift and 35" tires. He did a great job of keeping me informed of new carrier options. He was kind, courtious and professional. When a carrier did fall within my window, David was out of the office. But I promptly received a call from Ali, another representative. Who was equally kind, courtious, and professional. She helped me lock on a carrier, Jayden Express Transport, right on schedule. Communication was excellent and the pickup process was nice and smooth. Met with the drivers, both excellent individuals and very professional. Delivery was just as smooth as the picking up. My Brother met up with them, no problems whatsoever, truck was in great shape. All in all I'm very happy, again! I would most definitely recommend y'all to friends or individuals needing a stress free way to transport a vehicle. Thank y'all so much! Outstanding job! This is why I come back to you guys! A+!
