At the last moment before the vehicle pick up I had to notify South Beach Transport that the destination had changed because the car's buyer backed out. Without any irritation, rep Robert Martin assured me there would be no problem, canceled with the carrier and found another carrier for the new route. South Beach was even honest enough to quote a cheaper carrier rate since the new route was shorter, although still coast to coast. Mr. Martin followed up to see that all went okay, which it did, and that's all I can ask for. The carrier company was prompt, had good equipment, and also had responsive customer service. I also have to say that South Beach's broker rate at $150 is very reasonable, especially with no deposit required.
