I was having problems with another carrier when a friend recommended All American Transport. The other carrier was not responsive (would always get voicemail, took 3 days to get a response at one point), but All American Transport was always easy to get in touch with. Chris was very responsive - if I had to leave a voicemail, it was on his direct line, and he would call back within 15-20 minutes.

The car was dispatched within a day, and I got the car across the country in about 8 days. At drop-off, the driver was courteous and friendly, and picking up the car was a breeze. No damage to the vehicle.

After the experience with the other carrier, I was looking for prompt communication, professionalism, and fast transport. I'm happy with the service I received from Chris and All American Transport, and I would use them again.
