From beginning to end I was very pleased with the customer service South Beach Transport provided. Unlike another big name transport company, who never answered their phone or returned calls, I got David Houstoun from South Beach on the phone every time I called him directly. He was always courteous and quick to respond. The driver kept me apprised of his ETA in both cities & was pleasant upon arrival. Very happy with South Beach and will definitely use them again!
