Jack Morris was my initial contact. He was honest, calm, pleasant and helpful in explaining the process since this was my first transfer. He gave me his cell phone since we talked on the weekend. The car was picked up and and delivered on the correct dates and incurred no damage. The $900 fee provided the driver $800, the correct amount for transporting cross country. Lower fees don't create urgency from the drivers. I would recommend All American again to friends as a professional broker.
