I was very pleased with Direct Auto Transport from start to finish. The driver was professional, and I appreciated how well he stayed in touch with me to let me know when my vehicle would be delivered. Due to low hanging tree branches, the driver and I realized he wouldn't be able to drive into my neighborhood, so, he offered to park in a parking lot close by and drive my vehicle to my home. He also offered to deliver it the next morning since it was after 9:00 in the evening when he arrived with my car. I ended up getting it in the evening, and my daughter and I drove to the parking lot close by our home so we could pick up our car, and then she drove our other car home. Yes, it would have been great if our car could have been delivered directly to our home, but I liked the fact that the driver was looking out for all the cars on his truck. The tree branches can scratch the cars that are on top of his truck, and he wanted to make sure that didn't happen. I researched several other auto transport companies, and Direct Auto Transport always came out first in price, and their reviews were great. Once I signed on with Direct Auto Transport everything went very smoothly...we were assigned a driver right away, and the car was delivered in a timely fashion.
