Poor Customer Service

I was looking online for transportation quote and Roadrunner was one of the lowest one I got. My car was moved from NC to WA. Just a FYI, they advertise no fees upfront, no deposit, it's a lie. Get this, if you pay the full about there's a 3% PAY IN FULL fee. That's another $38 dollars to pay in full. Are you serious? So I did the other option where I paid $175 up front first and paid the balance by cash or cashier check to the driver. I was told my car would be picked up that Saturday. I originally booked on Thursday. The driver contacted my sister whom had my car ready for pick up on Friday. He said he would be there at the house to pick up the car by 7pm. He never showed up. After waiting for some time he called her closer to 11:50pm and told her he was 5 minutes away. It was close to midnight on Saturday when he picked up the car. In my opinion, 7pm should be the latest for pick up. Anything after that is considered UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn't want someone showing up in the middle of the night trying to do business. However, I let that part slide and the waiting begins. I was originally told and written on paper that my car would be here the following Tuesday. Too good to be true but I let that go too. I waited for my car. The website didn’t do jack with updating the delivery. As of today and 2 weeks later my car still showing it’s being assigned to a carrier. Don’t hold your breath on that update. Come WED I didn’t see my car yet or heard from the driver. I called customer service, was told I was on their list to call back but they were just busy. I spoke w/ Janelle. She said she would call me back after she talks to dispatch. My car should be here TODAY (WED). LIES! I never got a call back. I called the next day and she said she will get in touch w/ the driver b/c he’s supposed to call me. He would call me in a few minutes, never heard from the driver. On Friday, I spoke to her and she said that the driver was in Spokane, WA which was 4 hrs away from me. The car will deliver on Friday and driver will call me. Driver never called!!! I didn’t get my car until Saturday and driver called me at 7:56am. Unprofessional once again. He said he would be at my house between 1-4pm. He showed up around 3:30pm to drop off the car. I even told Janelle that if the driver wasn’t going to make it on time I just need a call back. I’m not upset or anything just needed confirmation. The website wasn’t tracking my shipment. I had to make sure I had the $1125 available to pay the driver. It’s 2014, no one has that much cash sitting around like that! Overall my car got here safely but the communication and great customer service would’ve been nice! Can’t run a business w/o some good customer service.
