Unhappy Experience with Get it Done Transportation

My experience with Get it Done Transportation was terrible. I have relocated and transported cars many times. My contact person Kris Kernodle assured me that my experience with them would be the best I ever had and I would always call them in the future. That will NOT happen. They did not pick up our vehicle on the day they said they would-August 1st-they did not call to say they were not going to pick it up and did not return my calls. They picked it up 4 days late-on August 5th. When I called Kris about it, he blamed it on the truck driver and said they would never use that transporter again. When my vehicle did arrive on Aug 7th, the truck driver showed me the Dispatch Sheet from Get it Done Transportation, that verified that the truck was dispatched to be picked up on August 3rd...2 days AFTER the day they were supposed to pick it up. It was not the driver's fault but Get it Done Tranportation's fault for dispatching it late. I've tried to call Kris and his company numerous times and no one answers the phone or calls me back. I got an August 8th, informing me that my car would be picked up for transportation on August 3rd...a day after my car was already delivered to me. I do not recommend using this company.

Mary Ann, 1st I want to sincerely apologize. I reached out to you today apologized and explained that Kris didnt lie. We did have the car dispatched on time and scheduled unfortunately the truck had a mechanical issue. I learned of this the day before (on a Sunday). immediately got on it and assigned to a new truck for you. I spoke to your son telling him of this and seemed all was good. In logistics there are many factors why a exact pick up day may be mildly delayed, the car was picked up 24hrs late, delivered on time, damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. We have a 99.4% success rate in happy clients with only less then 1% unhappy, over a 1000 reviews all over the net with a total of 16 negative reviews it shows this is a rare circumstance..
