Communication was key in the overall experience and Ship Your Car Now provided that. Mike Bonney my contact , not only followed up on my quote but negotiated a better price that ultimately locked in my business. Mike was very good at providing timely information and ensuring a smooth transaction. The process was explained clearly and in the end I received exactly the level of service promised.
