I needed to ship my car from Cleveland, Ohio to Houston, Texas during a move. I had a "low cost" shipper lined up to pick up the car on Saturday. On Friday morning, they informed me that they would be unable to pick up on Saturday as agreed. In fact, the earliest they could pick it up was Friday the following week...after I left town. Obviously, this put me in quite a bind. I called Phil from Rite Way Auto who arranged for my car to be picked up late on Monday. It was delivered early Thursday, much earlier than than I expected. Not only was the service exceptional, the driver was courteous and professional. I even ended up saving on overall cost when I factor in how much I saved on rental car costs compared to if things had happened through the "low cost" shipper. You get what you pay for I guess. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rite Way!
