Was skeptical at the significantly lower quote, but thought I would give these guys a try (I was skeptical they could actually get me a driver at the price and in the time frame I needed). Just a day or two later they called to say they found a driver...$100 more than their (very low) quote, but they offered to split that 50/50. So while I ended up paying $50 more than their original quote, their quote was so much lower than the others that I was very happy to clinch the deal. I had been working with another company who had much more trouble actually finding drivers at the price I wanted...and so I was quite impressed with these guys for quickly finding and delivering a driver at a good price. The driver himself was excellent as well - making my overall experience very good - although it's hard for me to know how much credit the broker deserves for that...regardless, I had a very good experience overall with Upscale and based on that experience, would easily recommend them.
