Lola at Door-to-Door explained the whole process. I was moving two cars from CA to TX. I needed them to arrive the same day I was arriving in TX. The pick up was on the exact date she said and the truck driver contacted me the day before just as I was told. I was given the truck driver's cell number and contacted him through out the move. He was their in the exact location we had planned at the right time. This experience was very positive. I could have paid more money somewhere else thinking I was going to get better service, but this was exactly what I wanted even if I was to have paid for the most expensive carrier. I feel that I paid a fair market price and I got great service.
