This was the first car I have ever shipped and there was certainly a learning curve. When I called Auto Shipping Group and spoke to my rep, the information given was very helpful, and confirmed some of my own research. Auto Shipping Group, did what they said they would do. My rep was always available to answer my many questions. My emails were returned timely, that alone gave me peace of mind. My suggestion to anyone researching about shipping their car is to make sure you give yourself plenty of time for pick-up and delivery. There would of been a lot less stress if I had given myself more time to work out the details of it all. The fact that the drivers are to be paid in either cash or cashier check was another difficult business transaction to understand, but that is the way it is done. My car was delivered on time and good condition. I'd use Auto Shipping Group again.
