I put in my order with ECC Transport and right off the bat I liked the deal. The price would've been great. After I talked with Johnathan, I was pleased. Then I saw the contract for the deposit. It had the wrong vehicle on it. I told them about it and he said there would be no problem with it. Every time I called them after the deposit was made, he was always in a hurry to get off the phone and even hung up on me mid sentence. Then the date came that they were supposed to pick the truck up. No driver information was even given to me. He told me to just wait for his phone call and that he was doing all he could but nobody wanted to pick up a vehicle that didn't run. The vehicle has been sitting on a trailer at my house in VA waiting on a driver to pick it up for over a month now. Called and told them to refund my money and got the reply, " Ok." then he hung up on me. Great business right there.

Im sorry but your order number is false. this is a fake review. if anyone would like me to prove this please contact us at Ecc. the order number does not exist. Here at Ecc we are honest and as everyone can see when we are at fault not only do we admit to fault we fully refund money. Other brokers play this game in order to steal a deal from a honest company like Ecc transport Inc.
