CAN'T GET REFUND FOR DEPOSIT

After putting deposit on transport of a vehicle, we had to cancel our transport. This was cancelled a couple of weeks in advance and we were told that we would received our deposit back. That was in April!!!!! After several e-mails with their representative Liz, we were told that we should be receiving this with the next few days!!!!! Well it is the end of July and we still have not received the deposit. As for their customer service, I believe that it is non-existiant as you can never get any one on the phone and the system is full!!! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - these people do not need to be in business.
