I found this company online and was a little hesitant about using them. However after speaking to the Billie about the shipping I felt more comfortable. I found her to be efficient and nice. She helped me answer any questions that I had and went over with me every part of the process.

Once the company came to pick up the car they guy was very nice. The street I live in is narrow so it was hard for him to get his tow truck in. He was considerate of other vehicles parked in my street and walked all the way to my house to pick up the car (I live in Arizona and this occurred during the summer 110+ degrees and my house is one of the last ones on the street). I appreciated his thoughtfulness and how thorough he was with me.

The Deliver went great. He did just what Billie said he would do. He contacted the person receiving the car and went to deliver it a convenient time for her.

In regards to payments. The price they gave me at the beginning is the price I paid at the end. There were no surprise charges or additional fees when the car was picked up or delivered.

I think for it being the first time that I ship a car I should be grateful that I had a great experience. I'm very happy I did use this company.
