I'm Furious and Disgusted

This has been a nightmare!
I went with Starr because the first person I was in contact with, Shari, was super, and although the quote she gave was higher than another we had gotten, we thought it was worth it.
I arranged for the car to be picked up before leaving on a trip, with the intent that the car would be delivered by the time I returned 2 weeks later.

My email inquiries were responded to with non-deliverable notices and when I called to find out what was going on, I was not able to reach a human.

When I finally did reach someone, I was told there had been a staffing change, that I was misquoted, and that it was going to cost me more money. After speaking to the "owner" of the company, I decided to stay with them, as I was promised that with the new pricing, my car would be picked up within a few days.

It is now 5 weeks past when I first contacted Starr, and I was told at the outset that there was a 10-day pick up window guaranteed. I am out $200 for the deposit, I do not have my car, and I am not able to reach a human being on the other end of the line, in any department, and all voicemail boxes are full.

I am absolutely disgusted, on top of having been grossly inconvenienced.
