Typical Fraudulent company... They get your credit card number. Don't provide a service. Then, a charge shows up on YOUR credit car for 150.00, a month or so later.

This is how you handle these companies like this....

Subpoena all employees to a court in your town. Have them bring their books and answer an affidavit. They have to answer each question with Proof. No assistance from an attorney.

Why would ECC charge a credit card if they did not perform Service?
How many customers have you done this to???

There is no way they can answer, under oath with proof. Ask for damages 10 times that of their fraud. Ask the judge for summary judgement. Take the papers to a collection agency. Let the agency pick at their bones!!

first off this order number is a fake as any customer can see by the order number they are givin. Like every business like ours a deposit is required to secure a spot on the truck. if service is not provided money is refunded. Please feel free to contact any enforcement or take action because here at Ecc we have nothing to hide and are an honest company. Thank you
